Existing structure refurbished. existing roof coverings removed and replaced. doors and windows refurbished. oak work, flooring and cabinets refinished. lighting updated. 

Existing Structures demolished and replaced with oak framed Garage and timber frame summer house. installation of reclaimed patio and paths. 

Existing grade 2 listed cottage stripped back to the bare bones. new reclaimed floorings installed. new kitchen and bathrooms. rewired and new plumbing. oak-work sandblasted and waxed. new built in furniture and decorated.    

Existing damp basement converted to a luxury wine cellar in a 17th century house.   

Renovation and extension project. Existing house was taken back to brickwork, wall layouts were changed and sub floors replaced. rewired replumbed and taken all the way to finished paintwork. 

Existing out building converted into a one bed apartment . Finished externally with oak doors and windows and internally with stone and timber floors and a luxurious burlington shower room. 

Existing oak framed Barn Restoration. original building was in a state of collapse. Many structural timbers had to be replaced. roof structure was insulated and retiled. external frame was ply boarded for strength and re-clad with oak to return it to its former glory. All set up to be converted into a liveable house in the future.   

Kitchen and Utility Replacement. existing kitchen removed and new kitchen layout was changed and designed by Howdens.

A Single story Kitchen Extension Taken to Plaster. All finishing works were undertaken by client. The client was wanting to achieve a large extension without compromising other rooms for light but did not want a standard flat roof. So we suggested the parapit design as it gives a better over all look while also being able to let plenty of light in.

A one bedroom flat striped back to bare plaster. electrics and plumbing replaced. new bathroom and kitchen fitted.

Existing oak framed garage fitted with new lighting, power sockets and electric heating. timber framework, roof and floor insulated. new solid oak door and window frames fitted to front elevation. rubberised gym flooring installed and large mirrored wall fitted to create the elusion of extra space. 

Existing rear conservatory and utility extension demolished and replaced with large kitchen extension. all carried out to architects specification. Existing render on main house removed and recovered with a pre-finished smooth white render.
